Short-Term Rental Virtual Assistant (Enso Connect)

Full-Time | US-Based Short-Term Rentals

We are looking for an experienced Short-Term Rental Virtual Assistant (STR VA) to support daily operations for U.S.-based rental properties. This role requires strong expertise in managing short-term rentals, handling guest communications, and using STR management tools. Only candidates who meet the required experience below will be considered.

Minimum Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

  • At least 1 year of experience as a Short-Term Rental Virtual Assistant handling U.S.-based rental properties
  • Proficiency in Guesty and Enso Connect (required; must be able to work independently using both platforms)
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of short-term rental properties, ensuring smooth guest experiences
  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, bookings, and support requests
  • Coordinate check-ins, check-outs, and cleaning schedules
  • Monitor property performance, calendars, and occupancy across booking platforms
  • Create, update, and optimize listings on STR platforms (Airbnb, VRBO, , etc.)
  • Handle reservation modifications, cancellations, and payment-related concerns
  • Review guest screening workflows and ensure compliance with property policies
  • Manage guest communication using Guesty, Enso Connect, and other assigned tools
  • Assist with incident reports, maintenance coordination, and vendor communication
  • Perform administrative tasks such as reporting, documentation, and data entry
  • Support the host/property manager with ad hoc operational needs

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of STR VA experience with U.S. properties
  • Proficiency in Guesty and Enso Connect (required)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Familiarity with major STR platforms (Airbnb, VRBO, , etc.)
  • Tech-savvy with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-centered environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php Php350.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
