Location: Remote work for a U.S.-based team (Better if familiar with Southern California's local market and Texas Real State/property management).

Our mission is to expand our reach and efficiency across all sectors, and we need a skilled dynamic marketing professional to drive growth to our US businesses with U.S. standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Marketing & Growth:
  • Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Ads, etc.) and short-term rental listings (Airbnb, Vrbo, etc. in Texas) to boost visibility and bookings.
  • Create engaging content tailored to medical transcription and interpretation services (in California) and vacation rentals (in Texas).
  • Run targeted ad campaigns to attract clients (healthcare providers, interpreters, travelers).
  • Compliance & Operations:
  • Ensure compliance with permits, inspections, and local regulations for rental properties.
  • Maintain organized records for all business operations.
  • Able to communicate dynamically, professional with a clear English in writing, reading and verbal with doctors, clinic staff and general communication.
  • Market Research:
  • Analyze Southern California's market trends for healthcare and interpretation demands and in Texas for the property rental business expansion.
  • Adapt strategies to meet cultural and regional preferences.

You might not be exposed to marketing right away. We would like you to learn our business so when you are ready to do the marketing, you are very confident to respond to any questions people might have. This position, will require your assistance regularly to office work.

Requirements:

  • Excellent English Communication Skills: Fluent in written and verbal English with minimal accent.
  • Medical Background: Better if prior experience or education in healthcare (for transcription/interpretation alignment).
  • Local Market Knowledge: Understanding of Southern California's demographics, rental laws (In Texas), and healthcare needs in California.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in social media management, Airbnb/Vrbo platforms, and basic graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe). Must be familiar with Microsoft Office applications. Better if familiar with AI.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to handle paperwork, deadlines, and compliance tasks efficiently.
  • Shift is for Graveyard: The shift will be from around 9 am to 6 pm PST. The time in Philippines will be from 12 midnight to 9 am Phil time.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience in property management or short-term rentals.
  • Experience in medical transcription.
  • Multilingual skills (e.g., Tagalog, Spanish, Mandarin, or Korean) to support interpretation services. Good English is a must.
