We are looking for a detailed-oriented and responsible Payroll and Statutory Associate to handle end-to-end payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely compliance. The ideal candidate will manage all payroll activities and statutory contribution with integrity and efficiency, and adherence to Philippine labor and tax laws.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process semi-monthly payroll accurately and on schedule
  • Prepare and file government-mandated contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR, etc.)
  • Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies
  • Address employee inquiries regarding payroll, deductions, and contributions
  • Maintain payroll and statutory records in strict confidentiality
  • Assist in year-end reports and audit requirements
  • Support HR and Finance in payroll-related matters

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, HR or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in payroll and statutory compliance
  • In-depth knowledge of Philippine payroll laws and government remittance processes
  • Proficient in payroll system and Microsoft Excel
  • High attention to details and organizational skills
  • Discreet, trustworthy, and able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
