
Project Development Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise the development and planning of new projects, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

Coordinate with stakeholders, consultants, and team members to gather requirements and develop project scopes.

Create and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation schedules.
-
Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and resolving issues proactively.
-
Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
-
Prepare regular reports and presentations on project status, risks, and outcomes.
-
Manage and mentor project development staff, assigning tasks and conducting performance evaluations.
-
Assist in selecting vendors, contractors, and consultants; oversee their work to ensure quality delivery.
-
Support business development efforts by contributing to proposals, feasibility studies, and cost estimates.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
-
3–5 years of experience in project development or a supervisory role.
-
Strong leadership and team management skills.
-
Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello, Primavera).
-
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
-
Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
-
PMP or relevant certification is a plus.
