Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the development and planning of new projects, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

  • Coordinate with stakeholders, consultants, and team members to gather requirements and develop project scopes.

  • Create and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation schedules.

  • Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and resolving issues proactively.

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.

  • Prepare regular reports and presentations on project status, risks, and outcomes.

  • Manage and mentor project development staff, assigning tasks and conducting performance evaluations.

  • Assist in selecting vendors, contractors, and consultants; oversee their work to ensure quality delivery.

  • Support business development efforts by contributing to proposals, feasibility studies, and cost estimates.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).

  • 3–5 years of experience in project development or a supervisory role.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello, Primavera).

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

  • PMP or relevant certification is a plus.
