About the role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Development Supervisor to join our dynamic team at Megaworld Corporation. In this crucial role, you will oversee the successful execution of our real estate development projects in Taguig City, Metro Manila. As a full-time employee, you will play a pivotal part in driving the company's strategic goals and expanding our property portfolio.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage the day-to-day operations of assigned real estate development projects
  2. Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and construction crews, to ensure timely and efficient project delivery
  3. Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed
  4. Oversee the procurement of materials, equipment, and resources required for project completion
  5. Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards
  6. Provide regular progress reports to senior management and stakeholders
  7. Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and best practices

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar project development supervisory role, preferably in the real estate and property development industry
  2. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, construction processes, and real estate regulations
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  4. Problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically and proactively
  5. Proficient in using project management software and tools
  6. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
