About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated Training & Development Supervisor to join our dynamic team at GJH SERCONS, INC.. In this full-time position, you will play a pivotal role in driving the professional development and growth of our employees. You will be responsible for creating and implementing engaging training programmes that align with the company's strategic objectives.

What you'll be doing

  • Identifying training needs and designing customised learning solutions to address skill gaps
  • Developing and delivering high-quality training programmes, workshops, and seminars
  • Collaborating with department heads to ensure training initiatives meet the specific needs of each team
  • Maintaining and updating training materials, resources, and documentation
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of training programmes and suggesting improvements
  • Providing coaching and mentoring support to employees at all levels
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in training and development

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a training and development role.
  • Excellent facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to engage and motivate trainees
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and the ability to design effective training solutions
  • Proficient in using training management software, learning management systems, and other relevant tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively
  • Keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and committed to continuous learning and professional development
