Role Overview:

The Last Mile Supervisor will oversee day-to-day delivery operations, managing both own fleet and 3PL partners to ensure efficient, accurate, and timely deliveries. The role covers KPI monitoring, team management, and operational problem-solving to maintain high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and monitor delivery teams (drivers & admin) and 3PL partners.
  • Implement SOPs, policies, and SLAs for last mile operations.
  • Track and present KPIs and weekly performance scorecards.
  • Ensure proper handling of COD and on-time deliveries.
  • Coach and support staff to improve efficiency and performance.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years' experience in logistics (supervisory role is a plus).
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy; familiar with delivery routing tools.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Willing to work shifting schedules and support during peak campaigns.
