We are looking for a proactive and dedicated Office Assistant to support our general office operations.

This role involves a range of administrative tasks, marketing support, and maintaining smooth office operations. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, highly organized, and willing to take on a variety of responsibilities to ensure the office runs efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing housekeeping, workers, and technicians (please refer to Cleaning, Move-in and Move-out Checklist).
  • Attending to unit concerns and building concerns.
  • Keeping records of unit inventories, storage inventories, supplies inventories (i.e., office, plumbing, civil works/maintenance, electrical, cleaning, etc.)
  • Ensure that maintenance tools and power tools are complete and in good working condition.
  • Maintain all the office equipment.
  • Unit keys inventory must be updated and maintained.
  • Banking/Deposit
  • Sending documents through courier - LBC or Grab.
  • Notarial of documents
  • Scanning of files and physical filing (please refer to SOP in saving files).
  • Drafting contract of lease
  • Meeting with clients for ocular, signing of contracts, unit concerns, etc.
  • Editing unit videos/photos to be posted on social media platform/website

Qualifications:

  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Degree in Business Administration or any other related field
  • Must be flexible and able to adapt to varying schedules as directed by the supervisor.
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to go the extra mile to complete tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for office works and willingness to learn and grow within the team.
