About the Role

We are looking for a Operations Assistant to support outbound operations, manage inventory accuracy, and ensure smooth last-mile delivery. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or individuals eager to build a career in supply chain and logistics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate outbound operations, ensuring accurate order fulfillment and timely last-mile deliveries.
  • Manage inventory levels to prevent discrepancies and maintain stock accuracy.
  • Conduct weekly and monthly manual inventory counts for proper reconciliation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • Open to fresh graduates with a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
