We're looking for a
Logistic Operations
Manager
to lead our end-to-end logistics and fulfillment network — from warehousing to last-mile delivery. This role will drive operational excellence, cost efficiency, and performance across the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee logistics from manufacturer to last-mile delivery, ensuring smooth, on-time fulfillment.
  • Lead and optimize 3PL, warehouse, and delivery operations to achieve KPIs.
  • Analyze data to improve delivery success, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage P&L, drive cost-saving initiatives, and optimize cost per delivery.
  • Lead a high-performing team and develop talent across operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and regional teams to expand and improve processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 5+ years of logistics experience (70% last mile / 30% warehouse).
  • Strong background in 3PL management, data-driven decision-making, and P&L ownership.
  • Proficient in Excel, Power BI, WMS, TMS.
  • Startup or fast-paced environment experience is a plus.
  • Must be amenable to work onsite at Ortigas Center, 6 days in a week

Salary: 100k - 120k (still negotiable depending on the experience of the candidate)
