1.1 Serves as a lead person in promoting the company and acquiring government projects through bidding and small-value procurement.

1.2 Processes prospected client coordination by actual visitation or through scheduled appointments.

1.3 Ensures that all bidding-related documents and client accreditation are well-prepared, checked, and submitted on or before the due.

1.4 Prepares and timely submission of monthly reports of overall business development and marketing.

1.5 Responds to government agencies' assessment and requirements. Monitors that concerns are properly addressed and provided with complete documents as assessed.

1.6 Prepares, develops, and interprets a wide variety of marketing tactics to ensure effective and up-to-date strategy in promoting the company.

1.7 Evaluates the effectiveness of current programs for the purpose of determining whether changes need to be made to ensure appropriate marketing development.

1.8 Maintains client Masterfile indicating the client's name, contact person, contact number, previous and present projects, etc. up-to-date and available to the Upper Management.

1.9 Responds to written and verbal inquiries from a variety of the department's operations for the purpose of resolving problems, providing information and/or referring to appropriate personnel and/ or identifying the relevant issues, and recommending or implementing a remediation plan – for the post-project inquiries and concerns.

1.10 Oversees and updates online and other marketing platforms.

1.11 Any other ad-hoc tasks concerning her department and subordinates.
