About the Role
We're looking for a Manager – Account Management (Loan Applications) to lead and
elevate our loan application operations team. You'll manage a team of 15 account managers,
ensuring that processes run efficiently, communication is clear, and performance aligns with
company goals.
This role is ideal for a strategic, execution-driven leader who thrives on solving problems,
empowering teams, and driving operational success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the loan application team, ensuring performance metrics and SLAs are consistently met.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to streamline workflows, optimize productivity, and enhance customer experience.
- Identify and escalate key issues proactively through structured problem-solving and data-driven insights.
- Foster collaboration and accountability within the team—coaching, motivating, and empowering members to deliver excellence.
- Communicate effectively across teams and senior leadership, simplifying complex operational issues into clear insights and actions.
- Simplify complex operational details into clear, actionable communications for both leadership and frontline teams.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Credit teams to ensure seamless end-to-end loan processing.
- Track and report operational KPIs, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement—encouraging innovation, ownership, and execution excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operations, account management, or process leadership—preferably in financial services, lending, or tech-enabled industries.
- Proven experience managing a team of 10+ people in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
- Strong analytical and strategic planning skills; able to translate data into actionable plans.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated track record of execution—turning ideas into measurable outcomes.
- Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for improving processes and empowering teams.
