What You'll Do
As a Senior Management Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of all financial reporting activities for the Manila-based service center. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include preparing comprehensive management accounts, coordinating complex reporting schedules for multiple jurisdictions, supporting audit processes, managing tax filings, overseeing fixed asset registers, and driving improvements in financial processes.

• Prepare month-end accounts as well as monthly, half-yearly, and year-end management reporting packs including all relevant entries to the General Ledger.
• Coordinate the preparation of weekly and month-end UK reporting requirements to ensure timely delivery of accurate financial information.
• Produce ad-hoc reports and forecast modelling for both local and overseas management teams to support strategic decision-making.
• Support the processing of payables and staff reimbursements by maintaining accurate records and ensuring prompt payments.
• Oversee fixed assets maintenance including set-up for depreciation upon purchase and manage all related documentary requirements such as farm-ins and surety documentation.
• Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual tax drafts along with PEZA reports to meet all statutory obligations.
• Coordinate and contribute to the preparation of annual budgets in alignment with organisational objectives.
• Ensure oversight of all tax and other government compliance requirements including completion of annual returns.
• Participate actively in preliminary and year-end audits by providing necessary documentation and insights.
• Drive ongoing process improvement initiatives while delivering ad hoc reports as required by management.

What You Bring
Your proven experience as a Senior Management Accountant will be evident through your technical expertise in preparing detailed financial statements, managing audits, handling tax compliance matters, maintaining fixed asset registers, budgeting processes, and producing insightful management reports. Your adaptability enables you to respond positively to change while always striving for continuous improvement.

• Hold CA or CPA qualification or equivalent with broad-based industry experience demonstrating advanced technical accounting skills.
• Possess advanced Excel skills enabling you to handle complex data analysis tasks efficiently; experience with MS D365 is highly desirable.
• Exhibit outstanding attention to detail combined with strong analytical abilities for problem-solving within tight deadlines.
• Display robust time management and organisational skills that enable you to prioritise competing demands effectively.
