Job Summary
We are looking for a highly experienced
Sr. Manager for Process Improvement
to lead service excellence initiatives across BPO operations. The ideal candidate is a certified LSS Greenbelt professional with strong experience in driving KPI improvements such as CSAT and AHT.
Qualifications
- LSS Greenbelt Certified
- At least 5 years of Process Improvement experience
in a
BPO environment - Minimum 2-year tenure
in each of the last two organizations - Proven completion of
Greenbelt projects
focused on KPI enhancement (CSAT, AHT, etc.) - Must be a current
Manager or Sr. Manager - Willing to work
onsite
and on the
night shift
Key Responsibilities
- Lead process improvement and service excellence initiatives across multiple operations
- Analyze performance data and identify opportunities for KPI optimization
- Drive implementation of Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure sustainable improvements
- Present insights, findings, and results to senior leadership
