As the Lead IT Business Analyst, you will be a pivotal member of our IT team, responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will lead a team of business analysts, collaborating closely with stakeholders across various departments to understand, document, and analyze business processes, requirements, and objectives. Your role will involve translating these requirements into actionable technical specifications, driving the development and implementation of IT solutions, and ensuring alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of business analysts, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the successful execution of projects.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, and requirements, and translate them into clear and concise technical specifications.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of IT projects, from requirements gathering and analysis to implementation and post-implementation support.
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure that solutions meet business requirements and are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, facilitating communication and fostering collaboration.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in IT business analysis and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and methodologies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in a business analysis role, with a track record of successfully leading IT projects from inception to completion.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP) is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Php120, Php200,000.00 per month
