We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business improvement initiatives, analyzing business needs, and developing strategic solutions that align with company objectives. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will serve as a critical liaison between stakeholders, management, and technical teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects and system implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, and requirements.
  • Analyze data and business trends to identify areas for process improvement and cost savings.
  • Lead the development of business cases, feasibility studies, and recommendations for new initiatives.
  • Create detailed project plans, including timelines, cost estimates, and resource allocation.
  • Translate business needs into technical specifications for IT teams.
  • Support change management efforts to ensure smooth transitions in business processes.
  • Monitor project progress, resolving any issues that arise, and ensuring successful completion on time and within budget.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess project outcomes and lessons learned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL).

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Php100, Php140,000.00 per month
