Job Summary

We are looking for a Business Application Lead to manage and optimize our SAP S/4HANA Sales and Distribution (SD) processes. This role will oversee end-to-end order-to-cash operations, provide system expertise, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and compliant sales processes in a retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end SD processes: order capture, pricing, promotions, delivery, billing, and returns.
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud SD functionality, including integration with Salesforce and other systems.
  • Provide support to users, troubleshoot issues, and oversee testing and deployment of system updates.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and reduce manual work.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Logistics, Finance, and Retail Operations to align system capabilities with business goals.
  • Train and guide business users, create documentation, and ensure compliance with company standards and audit requirements.
  • Monitor and report on KPIs such as order accuracy, billing efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Supervise and develop a team of analysts/specialists.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud (Sales & Distribution).
  • Experience in retail or FMCG industry preferred.
  • Proven leadership, training, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
