We're looking for a driven Business Analyst (Digital Payments) who combines strong financial acumen with strategic thinking to lead the end-to-end performance of our open-loop payments business. In this role, you will act as the true owner of the product—responsible for profitability, growth, and operational excellence.

You will use data, financial insights, and market understanding to shape strategy, optimize the P&L, and drive initiatives that strengthen our presence in the payments ecosystem. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll ensure that pricing, processes, and projects deliver measurable business impact.

What you'll do:

  • Own the full business performance and profitability of an open-loop payments product
  • Manage the P&L, including revenues, costs, margins, and key drivers
  • Use data to guide strategy, uncover opportunities, and refine operations
  • Work with Risk, Finance, Operations, and Tech to execute and improve processes
  • Deepen knowledge of the payments landscape, customer behavior, and market trends
  • Lead initiatives to grow adoption, boost transaction volume, and elevate customer experience
