Mortgage Broking Admin / Loan Processor (Virtual Assistant) Work from Home | PH-based Full-time | Day Shift (AU hours) At least 3 years experience in Australian mortgage broking admin or loan processing is needed. Are you an experienced mortgage broking admin or loan processor looking to work with a professional Australian mortgage broking business from the comfort of your home? We're looking for a Mortgage Broking Admin / Loan Processor who can support loan processing and admin tasks end-to-end. This will be a customer facing role as the client would like support liaise with clients for document collection and basic updates. About the Role As a Mortgage Broking VA, you'll work closely with a broker or broking team, assisting in the full loan process—from fact-finding to settlement. You'll ensure all client data is accurate and documentation is complete, keeping lenders and clients updated throughout. Key Responsibilities End-to-end loan processing support (residential and/or commercial) Reviewing applications and documents for completeness and accuracy Lodging loans via ApplyOnline or aggregator platforms (e.g., Mercury, Podium) Liaising with lenders, clients, and third parties (e.g., conveyancers) Monitoring loan status and managing pipeline updates Managing CRM and document compliance Requirements At least 3 years experience in Australian mortgage broking admin or loan processing Experience using broker tools/platforms (e.g., ApplyOnline, Mercury, Podium, MyCRM) Strong understanding of the AU mortgage process and lending policies Strong communication skills. Confident with being customer facing.
