The Role:

We are seeking a highly organised Market Research Specialist to support our recruitment team. This is an administrative & research-heavy role, ideal for someone who loves research, data collection, and working fast and efficiently on a computer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and compile market information, including hiring openings, companies and stakeholders information.
  • Monitor industry news, job postings, and company updates.
  • Maintain and update internal Excel databases and CRM systems.
  • Support the recruitment team with ad-hoc research and administrative tasks.
  • Ensure information is accurate, current, and actionable.
  • No outbound emails/calls required, pure research and admin based role.

What We're Looking For:

  • Exceptional computer skills – fast, accurate, and confident using multiple systems and software.
  • Strong research and data-gathering skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Prior experience in market research or related role is a plus.
  • Experiences in overseas market is a bonus.
