The Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction. This role supports and assists the Restaurant Manager in managing staff, maintaining operational efficiency, and delivering an excellent dining experience to all guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Duties:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of restaurant staff during shifts.
  • Ensure efficient restaurant operation and maintain high productivity and performance.
  • Assist in opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and shift reports.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering stock and supplies as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Staff Management:

  • Train, motivate, and manage restaurant staff to deliver exceptional service.
  • Schedule and assign duties to team members based on business needs.
  • Address employee issues and assist with performance evaluations.
  • Lead by example, providing hands-on support and guidance.

Customer Service:

  • Greet and interact with guests to ensure satisfaction with food and service.
  • Handle complaints and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
  • Monitor the dining area to ensure smooth service flow and guest comfort.

Quality Control:

  • Ensure food and beverage presentation and quality meet company standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining and service areas.
  • Conduct regular inspections and ensure all equipment is properly maintained.

Qualification:

  • Degree or diploma in hospitality management or related field (preferred)
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or team lead role in the food and beverage industry.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Willing to assign in BGC, Taguig

Preferred Skills:

  • POS system proficiency
  • Basic budgeting and cost control knowledge
  • Conflict resolution and team management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
