We're Hiring: Restaurant Supervisor
Location: Tokyo Bubble Tea Restaurant – Fort, Bonifacio Global City (BGC)

Join our dynamic team at Tokyo Bubble Tea Restaurant, where we bring together a unique blend of Japanese-inspired comfort food, fun drinks, and exceptional dining experiences We are currently looking for a passionate and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to help lead our operations at our Fort, BGC branch.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business Administration, or any related field

  • Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or managerial experience in a casual dining or full-service restaurant setting

  • Demonstrated ability to lead floor operations and deliver exceptional customer service

  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills

  • Proficient in team supervision, task delegation, and schedule management

  • Knowledge of restaurant systems, safety standards, and operational procedures is an advantage

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring top-tier guest experiences and service quality

  • Take ownership of achieving store sales targets and KPIs, through team motivation and operational efficiency

  • Supervise both front-of-house and back-of-house teams, ensuring consistency with Tokyo Bubble Tea's service standards

  • Implement systems and practices to optimize store performance, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement

  • Develop and manage staff schedules, assign tasks, and monitor progress to ensure smooth shift execution

  • Identify skill gaps and provide training and coaching to team members, helping them grow professionally while upholding quality standards
