JUNE is a neighborhood eatery, bistro and natural wine bar set in the heart of BGC. Cuisine is Western with touches of Nordic, Modern New Zealand, and French-Italian influences.

Liberta Group Inc is seeking an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Metro Manila. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our premier dining establishment. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to contribute to the success of our hospitality business.

What you'll be doing

1. Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, customer service, and inventory management

2. Ensuring exceptional food and beverage service, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation

3. Monitoring staff performance and providing coaching and feedback to help them develop their skills

4. Liaising with the kitchen team to coordinate menu offerings and manage special requests

5. Handling customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner

6. Assisting with the implementation of new policies, procedures, and operational initiatives

7. Generating sales reports and other data to help inform business decisions

What we're looking for

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a restaurant supervisory or management role

2. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

3. Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities

4. Proficient in inventory management, budgeting, and financial reporting

5. Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to providing an exceptional dining experience
