About the role

Are you an experienced Restaurant and Bar Supervisor looking for an exciting opportunity to join the dynamic team at a premier entertainment destination in Taguig City? As a full-time Restaurant and Bar Supervisor, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional customer service and the smooth operation of our bustling food and beverage outlets.

What you'll be doing

  1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and bar, ensuring high standards of service, cleanliness, and efficiency
  2. Manage and motivate a team of servers, bartenders, and support staff, providing training and leadership to drive performance
  3. Develop and implement strategies to maximise revenue, control costs, and enhance the overall customer experience
  4. Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and licensing regulations
  5. Liaise with the kitchen team to coordinate menu offerings and streamline service delivery
  6. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
  7. Contribute to the development and implementation of promotional initiatives and events

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar restaurant or bar supervisory role
  2. Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  3. Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
  4. Proficient in inventory management, cost control, and financial reporting
  5. Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  6. Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including liquor laws and compliance
  7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
