OSS Service Integration Engineer (Telecom)

We're looking for a highly skilled OSS Service Integration Engineer who will play a key role in developing, maintaining, and integrating mission-critical telecom systems. If you're passionate about cutting-edge OSS platforms and thrive in a dynamic environment, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

  • Drive the development and operations (DevOps) of our OSS platforms.
  • Lead and support OSS project implementations from integration to delivery.
  • Perform preventive maintenance, upgrades, and patch management.
  • Customize OSS systems to fit user needs and troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Implement IT security controls within OSS environments.
  • Manage northbound & southbound integrations with multi-vendor systems.
  • Support OSS modules including Fault Management (FM), Workforce Management (WFM), Service Delivery Management (SDM), and Inventory Management (IMS).

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Strong background in telecommunication infrastructure & OSS architecture.
  • Hands-on experience with Unix, Linux, Solaris OS.
  • Proficiency in database queries (PL/SQL) and scripting/programming (PHP, JavaScript, Java, HTML).
  • Familiarity with Oracle & Sybase databases.
  • Understanding of Northbound & Southbound technologies.
  • Experience in OSS systems (FM, WFM, SDM, IMS).
  • (Preferred) Deep knowledge of Java frameworks and multi-vendor OSS systems.
