Process Engineer - Morning Shift/On-site On-site (BGC), Morning Shift, AU client Key Responsibilities Support the Supply Chain Technology Manager and Team Leader in process design, systems integration, and master data management for continuous improvement. Map and document current ("as-is") and future ("to-be") processes; create capability/feature maps and actionable requirements. Assist in the configuration and integration of supply chain systems, including Salesforce/Salescloud. Ensure effective master data for seamless operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (B2B/Sales, logistics, service delivery, category management, finance, engineering) to optimize system functionality. Explore AI solutions and transition support tasks to operations. Provide ongoing support for process integration and improvements. Drive technical efficiency across Temple & Webster’s supply chain. Candidate Requirements Six Sigma professional with hands‑on experience in logistics/supply chain methodologies (e.g., Pareto, 5 Whys). Skilled in BPM, process mapping, logistics/material flow analysis, and Six Sigma tools. Comfortable with emerging tools like ChatGPT to improve processes. Strong collaborator and communicator across business units. Proficient in data classification, logistics KPIs, and business metrics. Experienced in SQL (querying, relational databases) and advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables). Background in logistics, e‑commerce, OMS, shipping, and system integrations (bonus).
