About the Role

We're looking for experienced professionals who can help leading
Telecommunications and Banking
organizations transform their digital ecosystems. This role sits at the intersection of
consulting, product/platform strategy, and engineering delivery
— ideal for individuals who understand both business transformation and modern technology platforms.

As part of our Strategy & Consulting team, you'll collaborate with global clients to design, modernize, and scale their core platforms and digital products — driving real business outcomes through innovation and engineering excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead or support
    digital transformation and platform modernization
    initiatives for Telco and Banking clients.
  • Deliver high-impact client solutions by understanding complex business challenges and designing platform-based solutions.
  • Work across
    Product Management, Platform Engineering, and Data Platform
    domains to build scalable, agile solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional global teams (onshore–offshore) in defining and implementing modernization strategies.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and contribute to business growth through consulting engagements.
  • Develop thought leadership and reusable frameworks to enhance delivery and client outcomes.

Qualifications

For Consultant (5–10 years experience):

  • Background in
    Consulting, Product or Software Platform Engineering, or Platform Architecture/Design
    .
  • Experience in
    technology product management, solution design, software engineering, or delivery management.
  • Exposure to
    Telco (OSS/BSS, billing, digital platforms)
    or
    Banking (core banking, digital banking, payments)
    domains.
  • Proven experience contributing to
    large-scale digital transformation
    or
    platform modernization projects
    .
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in a
    global delivery model
    environment.

For Manager / Senior Manager (10–15+ years experience):

  • Deep consulting experience with
    Telco and/or Banking clients
    , leading transformation programs or platform modernization.
  • Proven track record in
    platform architecture, digital product strategy, or agile engineering delivery.
  • Leadership experience managing
    multi-location teams
    and
    complex client engagements
    .
  • Ability to develop new solutions, offerings, or go-to-market strategies related to
    platform engineering and modernization.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to translate technology into measurable business value.
