We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Ecommerce Assistant to join our growing team. You'll help ensure smooth day-to-day operations in our online stores, provide excellent customer support, and keep our fulfillment process running efficiently.

What You'll Do

  • Manage Orders: Process, monitor, and update customer orders across our e-commerce platforms.
  • Respond to Customer Inquiries: Answer questions via chat, email, or platform messages with professionalism and empathy.
  • Handle After-Sales Requests: Process refunds, exchanges, and special design requests while coordinating with the right departments.
  • Print Waybills & Coordinate Shipping: Prepare and organize shipping documents to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in ecommerce or customer service is an advantage (but not required—training will be provided).
  • Strong communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Comfortable using ecommerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, etc.) is a plus.
  • Team player with a positive, problem-solving attitude.
  • Willing to work on-site
