The Merchandising Officer will be responsible for managing product allocation and ensuring stock availability across both online and offline stores. This role plays a key part in product development, inventory planning, and coordination with the warehouse and operations teams to maintain optimal stock levels and support sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee allocation of stocks to all physical stores and online platforms, ensuring balanced inventory and product availability.
  • Monitor and track inventory movement, addressing potential stock shortages or overages.
  • Coordinate closely with the warehouse team to ensure timely replenishment and accurate stock dispatch.
  • Lead the development of new products, including processing of SKU creation and ensuring product details are properly recorded in the system.
  • Prepare and analyze sales and inventory reports to forecast demand and maintain sufficient stock levels.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and e-commerce teams to ensure product listings, availability, and assortments are aligned with sales campaigns.
  • Assist in implementing merchandising strategies that drive sales, optimize stock turnover, and minimize excess inventory.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency in product information and pricing across all channels.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
