Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Branch Manager to oversee the daily operations of our bakeshop. This role is responsible for managing one branch, ensuring smooth store operations, maintaining excellent customer service, supervising staff, and achieving sales and profitability targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the assigned bakeshop branch.
  • Lead, train, and supervise staff to ensure productivity and quality service.
  • Monitor inventory, ordering, and proper handling of stocks.
  • Implement sales and marketing strategies to meet branch targets.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety, and cleanliness standards.
  • Prepare and submit branch performance reports to management.
  • Handle customer concerns professionally and resolve issues effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Entrepreneurship, or related field (preferred).
  • At least 2 years of supervisory/managerial experience, preferably in food, retail, or bakeshop operations.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
