Position: Payroll Staff
Duties and Responsibilities
- Collect timesheets and other payroll data.
- Calculate and process salaries, wages, overtime, bonuses, and deductions accurately and on time for each pay cycle.
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports for management.
- Issue paychecks or manage direct deposit processes.
- Act as a point of contact for employees, answering questions about their compensation, benefits, and tax withholdings.
- Maintain the privacy and confidentiality of all employee payroll information and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 4-year business related course.
- At least 1 year experience in payroll processing.
- Attention to detail and with high degree of accuracy.
- Software proficiency and knowledge of any payroll management and accounting software.
- Excellent time management skills and able to meet strict deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willing to work in Parañaque from Monday to Saturday (8am - 5pm).
- Willing to start ASAP
