Wines & Spirits - Sales Executives

As our Wine Sales Executive, you will be at the forefront of our brand. Your mission: drive revenue growth, develop long-term client relationships, identify business opportunities, and represent the company with passion and expertise. You'll also play a key role in marketing and positioning our wines, especially within the HORECA space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed targets
- Identify and win new business within the HORECA sector
- Cultivate relationships with chefs, sommeliers, restaurant owners, and hotel F&B decision-makers
- Keep clients updated on new product launches and promotional campaigns
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities
- Conduct wine trainings and tastings with clients and hospitality staff
- Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional initiatives
- Represent the winery at trade shows, events, and tastings
- Work with logistics to ensure seamless delivery and inventory planning
- Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations related to wine sales
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience in the wine industry (1–2 years minimum)
- Must have an existing network in the HORECA sector or the ability to actively market and open HORECA accounts
- WSET Certification (preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in any four-year course
- Strong organizational and strategic planning skills
- Excellent sales acumen and the ability to influence decision-makers
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Passion for wine and deep product knowledge
- Computer proficiency and ability to interpret sales data
- Self-motivated, relationship-driven, and eager to grow professionally
