Key Objectives:

As our Wine Sales Executive, you will be at the forefront of our brand. Your mission: drive revenue growth, develop long-term client relationships, identify business opportunities, and represent the company with passion and expertise. You'll also play a key role in marketing and positioning our wines, especially within the HORECA space.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed targets
  • Identify and win new business within the HORECA sector
  • Cultivate relationships with chefs, sommeliers, restaurant owners, and hotel F&B decision-makers
  • Keep clients updated on new product launches and promotional campaigns
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities
  • Conduct wine trainings and tastings with clients and hospitality staff
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional initiatives
  • Represent the winery at trade shows, events, and tastings
  • Work with logistics to ensure seamless delivery and inventory planning
  • Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations related to wine sales

Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience in the wine industry (1–2 years minimum)
  • Must have an existing network in the HORECA sector or the ability to actively market and open HORECA accounts
  • WSET Certification (preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree in any four-year course
  • Strong organizational and strategic planning skills
  • Excellent sales acumen and the ability to influence decision-makers
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Passion for wine and deep product knowledge
  • Computer proficiency and ability to interpret sales data
  • Self-motivated, relationship-driven, and eager to grow professionally
