We are looking for a Project Manager with strong expertise in MEP and building systems installation to lead and oversee project execution. This is not a general construction management role—it requires specialized knowledge in equipment installation, system commissioning, and integration of MEP works. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, manpower allocation, and ensuring the highest technical standards are consistently achieved.

Employment Type: One-year renewable contract

Job Description:

  • Lead and manage MEP project execution to ensure timely and successful delivery.
  • Plan, allocate, and monitor manpower resources across project sites for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and HVAC installations.
  • Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of building systems.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and general contractors to align technical requirements.
  • Manage project budgets, procurement of specialized equipment, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards specific to MEP works.
  • Resolve technical and project-related issues with practical, engineering-based solutions.

Note: Projects are located nationwide across the Philippines. For assignments outside NCR, the company will provide staff housing, with employees commuting from there to the project site.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php80, Php100,000.00 per month
