We are seeking a HR Cluster Head for HR & Talent Transformation to join a dynamic global organization in a senior leadership role. This position will allow you to shape strategy, elevate service delivery, and drive continuous growth across multiple accounts.

About the Position:

In this role, you will oversee end-to-end delivery operations, lead account managers, and ensure that services consistently meet the highest standards. You will drive process optimization, automation initiatives, compliance, and people development, playing a vital role in both client satisfaction and organizational success.

What You'll Do:

  • **Service Delivery Leadership**

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring excellent delivery performance and effective resource allocation.

  • Boost client satisfaction, operational efficiency, and delivery of business targets.

  • Partner with internal and external teams to support seamless execution.

  • **People & Team Leadership**

  • Provide strategic direction to multiple managers and delivery teams.

  • Build strong succession pipelines and support leadership readiness.

  • Enhance retention efforts and cultivate a positive and inclusive work culture.

  • **Continuous Improvement & Automation**

  • Implement improvement programs aligned with account needs.

  • Ensure Continuous Improvement (CI) goals are met and sustained.

  • Identify automation and transformation opportunities to streamline operations.

  • **Critical Issue Resolution**

  • Lead the resolution of major issues impacting client satisfaction or delivery performance.

  • Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to drive corrective and preventive actions.

  • **Compliance & Audit Oversight**

  • Ensure adherence to corporate policies and industry regulations.

  • Proactively identify and mitigate compliance risks.

  • Support internal and external audits to achieve successful outcomes.

Required Experience:

  • A minimum of 15 years in BPO or shared services operations, especially in a multi-client environment.

  • HR delivery across the full Talent Transformation spectrum: Payroll, EDM, Compensation & Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Learning, HR Contact Center.

  • Leading large-scale teams including 1,000+ shared services FTEs.

  • Managing substantial projects/SOWs.
