Responsible for checking and monitoring of building equipment and technical concerns of tenants to ensure that all facilities are in excellent working conditions

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any Engineering course, preferably with PRC license
  • At least two (2) years of working experience within property operations
  • Exposure in electrical, maintenance, and construction work
  • Knowledge in design and Autocad
  • Offers excellent oral and written communication skills
  • With excellent analytical skills and extensive technical knowledge in engineering
  • Pollution Control Officer training Certificate is an advantage

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Duties involve troubleshooting and repair of property equipment and facilities
  • Monitor property activities, security, and housekeeping personnel
  • Ensure good customer service and satisfaction of the building tenants and customers
  • Address immediately all equipment and/or building repairs.
  • Monitors common area punchlist completion
  • Ensures strict implementation of DoubleDragon Rules and Procedures, pertaining to tenants.
