About the Role

Experience with Kronos modules: Timekeeping, Absence Management, Scheduling. Configuration of pay rules, accruals, scheduling rules, and interfaces. Understanding of Kronos setup tables, WIM (Workforce Integration Manager), and custom interfaces.

Responsibilities

  • System Configuration & Administration
  • Setting up organizational profiles, employee groups, and system security.
  • Workflow design and configuration.

  • Managing user access, roles, and permissions.

  • Integration & Scripting Knowledge

  • Experience with WIM, SQL, XML, or API-based integrations.

  • Familiarity with HRIS systems integration (e.g., SAP, Workday, Oracle HCM).

  • Technical Troubleshooting & Support

  • Diagnosing system issues, log analysis.

  • Working with vendors or support teams for resolution.

  • Reporting & Data Management

  • Developing and customizing Kronos reports.
  • SQL or Kronos reporting tools (e.g., Genies, Analytics, BI tools).
