The Specialist shall manage HR systems and transform workforce data into insights that drive business success.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HRIS administration or a similar role.

Technical Skills:

-Proficiency in HRIS software (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM), MS Office Suite (especially Excel), and data management tools.

- Experience in Power BI, Tableau, or related tools

- Knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
