  • Serves as a liaison between the Retail team, shop staff, and the IT team to ensure effective communication and collaboration on CRM initiatives.
  • Maintain comprehensive customer database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer information.
  • Segment the customer database based on demographics, purchase history etc. to tailor initiatives to specific groups.
  • Develop and implement retention strategies including but not limited to a Loyalty Program, to enhance customer loyalty and engagement.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns promptly, ensuring resolutions align with company policies and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and insights that inform marketing strategies and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Prepare regular reports on customer behavior and program effectiveness and present findings to the VP for Retail Sales.
  • Work with marketing and sales teams to create targeted campaigns based on customer insights.
  • Provide training and support to retail staff on CRM tools and best practices to enhance customer interaction.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php60,000.00 per month
