  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and excellent customer service.
  • Schedule and coordinate client appointments, fittings, and meetings in coordination with the design and production teams.
  • Manage and organize the Chairman's schedule, including client meetings, internal appointments, and events.
  • Maintain and update the client archives, including measurements, design references, order history, and communications.
  • Update and manage the archive of pull-outs, including borrowed gowns, suits, and accessories, ensuring proper documentation and return tracking.
  • Oversee the arrangement and organization of wardrobes, ensuring items are properly labeled, stored, and maintained.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure all client requirements and schedules are met.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on client activities, schedules, and archive updates.
  • Assist in special events, photoshoots, and fashion presentations as needed.

QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or any related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in customer service, client relations, or front-line hospitality (experience in the fashion or retail industry is an advantage).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong sense of professionalism and discretion.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail, particularly in maintaining client records and archives.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable handling digital databases.
  • Ability to multitask and coordinate with various departments in a fast-paced, creative environment.
  • Strong customer orientation and a passion for delivering luxury service.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
