Job description:

Core Responsibilities:

  • Partner closely with the Store Supervisor to ensure seamless day-to-day restaurant operations.
  • Guide and support team members during assigned shifts, maintaining top-tier service and product quality.
  • Set a strong example by consistently meeting and exceeding service standards and operational expectations.
  • Contribute to team scheduling, onboarding, and continuous performance evaluation.
  • Resolve customer issues with professionalism, tact, and a commitment to satisfaction.
  • Manage stock levels efficiently—placing timely orders, receiving goods, and minimizing excess or spoilage.
  • Maintain strict compliance with cleanliness protocols, hygiene regulations, and food safety procedures.
  • Supervise daily cash handling, end-of-day reconciliation, and bank deposit processes.
  • Assist in executing sales promotions and encourage upselling to boost revenue.
  • Take on leadership responsibilities in the absence of the Store Supervisor or Manager, ensuring continuity of operations.

Candidate Profile:

  • Holds a degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a closely related field.
  • Brings prior experience in food service or restaurant supervision (1–2 years minimum preferred).
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Performs well under pressure in dynamic, fast-moving environments.
  • Comfortable using point-of-sale systems and basic office software.
  • Available to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Knowledgeable in food safety regulations, with training or certification in HACCP, ServSafe, or equivalent.
