Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning:
Developing strategic HR plans to align the workforce with business goals and anticipating future talent needs.
- Talent Acquisition:
Overseeing the recruitment, interviewing, selection, and hiring processes to attract and retain qualified employees.
- Compensation and Benefits:
Administering employee benefit programs, including salaries, bonuses, and other compensation.
- Employee Relations:
Mediating disputes, resolving conflicts, and directing disciplinary procedures to address staff issues and maintain a positive work environment.
- Training and Development:
Identifying training needs, organizing training sessions, and developing programs to enhance employee skills and support career growth.
- Policy and Compliance:
Designing and implementing HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and staying updated on best practices.
- Performance Management:
Overseeing the performance review process and developing initiatives to increase employee retention and engagement.
- Liaison:
Serving as a link between the organization's management and its employees, facilitating communication and addressing concerns.
Essential Skills

Ability to coordinate and supervise an HR team and manage staff resources effectively.
- Communication:
Strong active listening, open communication, and negotiation skills to effectively interact with employees, management, and external stakeholders.
