HR Supervisor

The HR Supervisor with generalist background will assist in providing support to all facets of Human Resources Department and Admin. The role will be involve in liaising with recruitment needs, organizing and designing training sessions, accurate timekeeping, assisting in payroll and employee relations. The HR Supervisor should be able to juggle HR responsibilities while maintaining a positive attitude, fairness and confidentiality.
Responsibilities:
- End to end recruitment including post job advertisement and source out candidates.
- Conduct pre-employment orientation and arrange training sessions with all new hires and refresher workshops for existing employees.
- Identifying and addressing employee requirements regarding performance issues, training, and career growth.
- Conduct reference check, verify and ensure timely submission of pre-employment requirements of the applicants.
- Prepare and organize the 201 file prior to onboarding.
- Conduct of New Employees Induction.
- Assist in investigations of employees for disciplinary matters, prepare reports and make discipline recommendations in consultation with the Management.
- Maintain/discipline/investigation files.
- Prepare and process timekeeping.
- Submission of report of government mandated deductions
- Process exit clearance and validate employee's last pay.
- Performing various administrative tasks and accurately processing paperwork.
- Counseling staff on HR policies, practices, and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR or similar course.
- Relevant experience in an HR role with 2-3 years exposure.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to work unsupervised.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong moral and ethical code.
- Competency in Microsoft Office, and business management and presentation tools.
- Excellent administrative skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
