End User Sales Account Manager for OT & SW and Automation. What will you do? Secure and manage a strong opportunity pipeline, meeting sales targets.
Maintain, develop, and leverage relationships with C-level management, IT, Facility management, and other key decision-makers within the accounts. Build and maintain relationships with high-value customers, focusing on developing and nurturing accounts with potential for renewal, up-sell, and cross-sell. Educate accounts on business continuity planning and SE solutions as part of their strategic spending plans.
Establish and execute strategic account plans aligned with company strategy. Develop and implement account and opportunity plans to drive business growth. Collaborate internally across business units to ensure customer satisfaction.
Build relationships with key decision-makers, including C-level executives, and address objections effectively. Identify requirements throughout the sales cycle and engage Solution Architects, Technical teams, and Marketing for support. Provide win-loss analysis and recommendations to the Business Development Manager.
Maintain detailed knowledge of Schneider Electric and competitor products and services. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Present solutions to customers and partners, including C-level representatives, to secure commitments.
Identify and close cross-selling opportunities across other business units. Utilize reporting tools (e.g., Salesforce) diligently to track all data, actions, and commitments. Provide feedback on competitors to enhance our competitiveness.
Leverage team members and channel partners to deliver optimal solutions. Develop strategies for engaging third-party organizations such as consultants and contractors. Work with engineering teams to create integrated solutions addressing complex problems, emphasizing SE's value proposition.
Who would be successful? Minimum of 8 years of successful solution selling experience in the industrial space. Strong leadership qualities, highly motivated, team-oriented, goal-driven, and success-focused.
Good understanding of the local market, including customers, suppliers, competitors, and technological trends. Seniority level
