
HR Assistant

We are looking for an HR Assistant who will plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department. This position is responsible for assisting in various HR functions, including recruitment and onboarding, employee records management, benefits administration, employee relations, and training and development.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruitment and Onboarding
- Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, and referrals.
- Coordinate interviews and assessments, and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Facilitate new employee onboarding activities, including orientation sessions and paperwork completion.
Employee Records Management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
- Handle employee documentation, such as contracts, agreements, and personal information forms.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and confidentiality requirements.
Benefits Administration
- Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
- Assist employees with benefit inquiries, enrollment, and claims processing.
Employee Relations
- Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns, providing timely and accurate assistance.
- Assist in the resolution of employee relations issues, such as disputes and grievances, in accordance with company policies and labor laws.
- Contribute to fostering a positive work environment through engagement initiatives and communication efforts.
Training and Development
- Coordinate training sessions and development programs for employees, including scheduling, logistics, and materials preparation.
- Track employee training records and evaluations, ensuring compliance with training requirements.
- Support the implementation of performance management processes, such as goal-setting and performance appraisals.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field
- Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience in Human Resources or related functions
- Training: No specific training required
- License/Certification: Not required
