The Role:

The Bookkeeper manages end-to-end bookkeeping for multiple clients, including AP/AR, monthly bank reconciliations, and financial statement preparation using QuickBooks Online. The role ensures accurate financial records, timely reporting, and strong client relationships. Candidates should have at least three years of bookkeeping experience, solid knowledge of accounting principles, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote, client-focused environment.

WORK SCHEDULE:1:00 PM – 10:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (5:00 AM – 2:00 PM Philippine Standard Time), follows Philippine holidays

POSITION TYPE: Full Time

WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Manage bookkeeping for multiple clients, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online
  • Prepare financial statements and reports for clients
  • Conduct monthly bank reconciliations and ensure financial transactions are properly recorded
  • Work closely with clients to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or a related field is preferred
  • Prior accounting firm experience preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks
  • Strong knowledge of QuickBooks Online and accounting principles
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Comfortable working in a remote environment and using virtual communication tools
