Job Overview:

The Collection Associate will be responsible for managing and ensuring timely collection of outstanding accounts receivable from clients. This role involves coordinating with internal teams, maintaining accurate records of collection activities, resolving billing issues, and fostering positive client relationships to achieve collection targets and improve cash flow.

Key Responsibilities:


• Monitor and manage accounts receivable to ensure timely payment from customers.


• Contact clients via phone, email, or written correspondence to follow up on overdue accounts and arrange payment schedules.


• Review customer accounts and reconcile discrepancies between billing and payments.


• Coordinate with the Sales, Billing, and Finance teams to resolve customer disputes or issues affecting collections.


• Prepare and maintain accurate records of collection activities, customer communications, and payment commitments.


• Maintain compliance with company policies, credit terms, and applicable regulations.


• Assist in process improvements to enhance collection efficiency and customer experience.

Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or any related field


• 1-2 years experience in billing or collections is an advantage, but not mandatory


• Fresh graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply
