Job Summary:

  • The Audit Associate is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial transactions within the Credit and Collection Department.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Verifies the accuracy of payment entries including amounts, dates, and account numbers and validates payment transactions against supporting documentation and system records.
  • Coordinates with settlement banks to ensure timely transfer of funds from settlement bank accounts to the company's main bank accounts.
  • Monitors fund transfer processes to identify and resolve any delays or issues.
  • Implements and adheres to established financial controls and procedures.
  • Conducts regular audits, identifies potential risks and recommends improvements.

Job Qualifications:

  • With Bachelor's degree in Accounting or any equivalent course
  • With at least 1-2 years experience in Collection Audit and Analysis is an advantage
  • Strong understanding and experience in database management and data analysis for reports preparation
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Executes tasks with utmost professionalism and integrity
