Casterly is an R2 and ISO-certified ITAD in the Philippines. We work with corporations, government agencies, and B2B partners to collect, refurbish, and responsibly recycle used IT assets. With strong infrastructure, full legal compliance, and established corporate partnerships, we are now building our internal team to drive long-term expansion.

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Associate who will help expand the company's reach, build strong client relationships, and support the execution of growth strategies. The ideal candidate is proactive, ambitious, and eager to contribute to the company's growth in the ITAD industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, government agencies, and partners.
  • Assist in creating business proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation of business development initiatives.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands within the ITAD and e-waste sector.
  • Support sales and marketing activities, including client meetings, follow-ups, and site visits.
  • Prepare reports and updates for management regarding progress and performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
  • Experience in business development, sales, or client relations is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Willing to work on-site in Pasig City.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php28,000.00 per month
