Job Summary

The Senior Accounts and Compliance Manager is responsible in overseeing the preparation, analysis, and monitoring of financial reports, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and provide support in financial planning and decision-making. The role requires a CPA with strong analytical skills, proficiency in financial reporting, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the preparation, review, and analysis of financial statements, cash flow reports, and tax returns.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.
  • Monitor and improve financial processes, controls, and reporting accuracy.
  • Prepare clear and professional business correspondence and financial documentation.
  • Conduct financial analysis to support management decision-making.
  • Design and review flowcharts and process documentation for compliance and efficiency.
  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors, providing necessary reports and documentation.
Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Internal Auditing, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, compliance, or related fields, preferably with exposure to external audit.

Certifications: CPA required; additional certifications such as CIA are an advantage.

Skills & Competencies: Proficiency in financial statement preparation and analysis, cash flow preparation, tax returns, compliance auditing, process mapping, financial analysis, data management, business writing, flowcharting, and advanced use of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Visio.

Personal Traits: Detail-oriented, ethical, organized, resourceful, analytical, assertive yet tactful, able to deliver under pressure, and capable of maintaining confidentiality while collaborating effectively with teams and stakeholders.
