Position: Banquet Staff / Wait Staff

Key Responsibilities:

Event Setup:

  • Arrange tables, chairs, linens, and centerpieces according to event requirements.
  • Prepare buffet stations, service areas, and ensure proper equipment placement.

Guest Service:

  • Greet and serve guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Take and serve food and beverage orders efficiently.
  • Assist with special requests and provide excellent customer service throughout the event.

Event Support:

  • Coordinate with the kitchen for timely service of meals.
  • Refill drinks, clear used plates, and maintain cleanliness of dining areas.

Post-Event Duties:

  • Clear tables, clean service areas, and restore the venue to its original condition.
  • Assist in packing and storing event materials and equipment.

Compliance:

  • Follow all hotel policies on hygiene, sanitation, and food safety.
  • Maintain proper grooming and wear prescribed uniform at all times.

Qualifications:

  • College Level in Hospitality or Tourism is a plus.
  • Experience in food service or events is an advantage but not required (training provided).
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physically fit, hardworking, and a team player.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
